Tianping Reservoir locates in the eastern Chongqing and next to the famous scene East Hot Spring. It is 48 kilometers away from the centre city with an acreage of 350 acres and the water acreage over 600 acres. And the height above sea level is about 600-800 meters. The reservoir with green water is surrounded by mountains where there is the favorable natural vegetation. It is characterized by amazing scenic, cool climate, fresh air and convenient transportation.

(1) Goal: with the development of economic society and the improvement of people’s living condition, more and more people want to go out for holiday. In this area, there are 2 agricultural comprehensive development projects, a tea garden of high quality with acreage of 10,000 acres, a pre-maturing pear base with acreage of 8,000 acres, and a pepper base of high quality with acreage of 10,000 acres. All those bases make this reservoir a good place to spend your holiday.
(2) Construction Scale and Content: this project is planned to cover 500 acres, and the planned building area 8,000 square around the reservoir; the main content: 200-500 buildings used for ecologic garden, elder’s apartment, vocation village, sanitarium, and ecologic small and medium-sized mansion group.

(3) Total Investment: 15,000,000 RMB (planned)

(4) Condition: if you invested on this project, you can enjoy the preferential policy and rewarding policy given by the municipal, district, and town government.

After the completion of this project, the number of the predicted visitor will amount to 30,000 with an increase of 50 each year. And the annual income will reach up to 1,500,000-3,000,000 RMB, thus the total investment will be regained in four years.
