1 Organization Situation
Nanquan Development and Construction Management Committee were established in the early 2004, and under its control there is an office that is in charge with the scene’s investment attraction, development and anaphases management. In accordance with the principle of “open mind, comprehensive plan, and great development” and the general goal of “to be NO.1, to be the leader in China, and to be in line with the international world”, we should spare no efforts to build South Hot Spring into a supportive project as Chongqing’s Spring District which can be regarded as Chongqing’s Spring scenic.
2 Introductions
(1) Necessity: as Chongqing’s historic scenic, South Hot Spring had a glorious history. However, in recent years, it has slowed down its development. So as to help speed up the economic development of this hot spring, grasp the opportunity of the municipal government’s policy; we bring up the proposal to develop the hot spring comprehensively, especially the construction of the key scenic. The completion of the top quality pub group will make this place the business center of Chongqing. (2) Construction Scale and Content: The pub group is to the west of the Cultural Street and to the east of garden, and when you stand on the building, you can have a sight of the Hot Spring Theme Park. It is comprised of 5-6 pubs which are characterized by different sizes and various styles, with an area of 20,840 square meters.
(3) Total investment: 81,000,000 RMB (planned)
(4) Construction Condition: complete regional infrastructure: water, electricity, gas, telecommunication and circuit TV; cheap labor force; all those condition provides a convenient environment for the construction; besides, the removal and placement is in charged by the district government.
3 Market Predictions
It is one of the key scenic projects in South Hot Spring, which can be regarded as a hot spring resorts together with other scenes. It is predicted that it will attract 670,000 visitors in 2010 and 1,500,000 visitors in 2020.
4 Analyses on the Profits
After the completion of this project, it will promote the image of this hot spring, and make it the business center of Chongqing, thus to create more and more economic profits and social effect.
