On February 12^th, 2009, the Preparatory Meeting for Districts and Counties of the 12^th CCISF was successfully held in King World Hotel Chongqing. Vice inspector of Chongqing Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Commission Ms. Bai Xiaolin presented and made speech in the meeting. Furthermore, representatives from 40 districts, counnties, Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Commission of Development Zone and Investment Attracting Bureaus attended the meeting and selected exhibiton zones.

In the meeting, Exhibition Division Chief of Chongqing Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Commission Mr. Xiong Lin gave a brief introduction to the 12^th CCISF and installated the preparatory work to districts and counties. Mr. Xiong stressed that the 12^th CCISF was a most important economic and trade activity in Chongqing this year. Districts and counties must do a good job in organizing and inviting business groups, completing signing contracts, and doing a good job in referral and liaison.

On behalf of Director Li Jianchun of Chongqing Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Commission, Ms. Bai Xiaolin delivered the government’s determine. Ms. Bai focused on five points. First was strengthening the organization and leadership of preparatory work; Second was utilizing fully the platform of CCISF; Thirdly, the task of inviting businessmen should be completed smoothly; Fourthly, signed projects must be fulfilled; The final point was carefully planing and organing the 12^th CCISF. Chongqing Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Commission and the organizing committee will do a good job and provide high quality service in planning and co-ordinating work for all districts and counties and make every efforts to do the 12^th CCISF more successfully with districts and counties all over Chonqing.
