Transportation Guideline
Dear all exhibitors of The 13th China Chongqing International Investment and Global Sourcing Fair (CCISF):
In order to ensure the smooth progress of the exhibition and the safety of transportation, the organizing committee commission the Chongqing Kawo Logistics Co., Ltd. to be responsible for the exhibits customs, customs clearance, transportation and taking over of exhibits, moving exhibits to hall, on-site lifting, handling and other related logistics. 敬请各参展商仔细阅读本指南并协助执行。Please carefully read this guideline and assist in the implementation.
I. Exhibits transportation requirements

ii. Arrival Date: All exhibits are required arrival in Chongqing before May 1, 2010.
(i) Arrival at Chongqing Railway Station by train----- Please mark on the packaging “Bring fax to take over”
(ii) Arrival at Chongqing Airport by air---- Please mark on the airway bill “airport self-carried”
(iii) Arrival at Chongqing bus station by car---- Please mark on the packaging “Chongqing Kawo Logistics Co., Ltd. exhibition storeroom”
iii. Packaging Requirements: The packaging of exhibits should be strong, water-resistant and suitable for repeated handling, the exhibits more than 1 ton must clearly mark the center of gravity and hoisting lines.
iv. Exhibits Marks: Please clearly mark your unit name, exhibition name, hall and booths number on the packaging of exhibits.
v. Please fill out “Exhibit Information and Transport Plan” and fax them to us as soon as exhibits departure from origin.
vi. Transportation Insurance: All exhibitors are requested to have their exhibits fully covered insurance for the whole in/return journey, include exhibition period. To provide a convenient, Chongqing Kawo Logistics Co., Ltd. specially employs professional insurance staff to insure and claim for compensation for all exhibitors.

ii. On-site service charge
(i) Inbound charge
Small pieces of exhibits charged by 0.2 RMB/kg (At least 40 RMB/piece)
大件展品按 80 元 / 立Large exhibits charged by 80 RMB/m3.
Loading and unloading of large exhibits need to use fork lifts, mobile cranes and other mechanical equipment, please contact us two days before exhibition so that we can prepare mechanism in advance.
(ii) Outbound charge: costs of the same above.
(iii) Unpacking charge: 30 RMB/m3 (At least 30 RMB/box).
Repacking charge: 30 RMB/m3 (At least 30 RMB/box).

iv. Return transportation
The automotive, rail and air three modes of transport can be provided by the Chongqing Kawo Logistics Co., Ltd.
III. Payment
The costs of services provided by Chongqing Kawo Logistics Co., Ltd. will directly charge to the exhibitor at the scene.
IV. Others
i. Whether to buy the insurance of exhibits transport and handling is according to exhibitors own wishes. If exhibitors buy insurance, and exhibits are damaged for the reason of us, we are responsible for providing records, and assists in claims matters. If exhibitors do not buy insurance for the reason of us, we will compensate 1-3 times more than that charges.
ii. Small exhibits can be self-handling, but must comply with the handling provisions of hall, and exhibitors are not allowed to use the non-Hall mechanical handling tools for free.
iii. If there are other special requirements, please directly contact fairs department of Chongqing Kawo Logistics Co., Ltd.
